The situation

In the 30 days before we met, Steven booked four free trial sessions at his cryotherapy studio. None of them became members.

The obvious read is that the offer was weak. It wasn’t. The offer was pointed at the wrong person.

What we found

He was marketing recovery therapy to high school athletes. The people already paying for recovery in his market were middle-aged — the ones sitting in chiropractors’ offices and urgent care, being handed pills that wore off by dinner.

He wasn’t competing with those clinics. He was what came after them. Nothing in his marketing said so.

What changed

The audience. We rebuilt the site as one landing page written to the middle-aged recovery buyer — positioned alongside doctors and chiropractors, not against them.

The proof. Steven already had video testimonials from clients describing that exact experience in their own words. They weren’t on the page. Now they are.

The offer. A free session lets somebody use your equipment and walk out. So we stopped leading with free. The 10-Day Reset: $49 for two sessions, with the third free — the free session moved to the back, where it rewards a buyer instead of subsidizing a browser.

The process. A sales conversation built entirely around what the customer experienced in those three sessions, so the membership became the obvious next step instead of a pitch.

The list. Reactivation emails to every contact he already had, pointed at the new offer.

CryoFreeze site before the rebuild
Before. Several things to click. No single outcome.
CryoFreeze 10-Day Reset landing page after the rebuild
After. One offer. One outcome. One button.

The result

Six people bought the 10-Day Reset. All six moved onto the $199-a-month membership.

Small numbers — and that’s the point. You can check them. A free offer that was costing him money became one that pays for itself on the first transaction, and it’s ready to scale.

The situation

Mark runs On Point Tree Care, a tree and stump removal crew. He came to us frustrated by a problem he couldn’t work harder to fix: the phone rings while he’s in a harness with a saw running.

He can’t answer. Nobody in the truck can answer. So the call goes to voicemail, and a homeowner with a limb on her garage does not leave a voicemail — she calls the next name.

What we found

This wasn’t a marketing problem. His phone was already ringing. The gap was between the ring and a human being able to pick up, and no amount of hustle closes that gap when your hands are on a chainsaw.

What we built

A voice agent that answers every call. It picks up on the first ring, day or night, tells the caller up front that it’s AI, and asks what Mark would ask — what’s the address, what’s the tree doing, how soon do you need it gone.

A self-sustaining estimate funnel behind it. Qualified callers either get booked straight onto the calendar or get sent a link to schedule their own estimate, so nobody waits on Mark to call back.

Nothing for him to run. He doesn’t log in, check a dashboard, or manage a queue. He comes down from the tree and the work is on the schedule.

The estimate funnel. One page, one ask. Callers the agent doesn’t book land here and schedule themselves.

The result — 60 days

154 calls answered. Every one of them reached something instead of a voicemail box.

11 jobs booked directly by the voice agent — scheduled without Mark touching the phone.

27 more routed to the online portal to book their own estimate.

Mark picked up work from this funnel that would have gone past him. Not because he got better at his trade — because somebody finally answered.

We’ve built this machine across cryotherapy, fitness, food service, tree care, and home services — trades where a missed lead is real money.

We don’t publish results we don’t have permission to publish.

Every number on this page came from the owner who lived it and signed off on it being here. When the next client signs off, their story goes up too.

Until then you get the mechanism — and 90 days to watch it work on your own business before you pay a dollar of recurring.

Your business is the next one on this page.

Fifteen minutes. Bring how many estimates you sent last quarter, how many closed, and how fast somebody calls back after hours.
